BCPS vice chair: Dynamic on board played role in Dance's resignation announcement

Baltimore County Public Schools Superintendent Dallas Dance announced Tuesday that he'd resign after the school year. On Wednesday morning, Marisol Johnson, the county school board's vice chair, discussed Dance's resignation on WBAL News Now with Bryan Nehman. Johnson talked about the death of Dance's grandmother being a reason for the resignation but when Nehman asked about the timing -- he signed a new contract in May of 2016 -- she mentioned that the dynamic of the school board may have also played a role.
