Md. Food Bank offers kids healthy meals in summer program

With schools closing for the summer, the Maryland Food Bank will start operating its Summer Club Program in late June to help provide children free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch programs. MFB Summer Clubs will provide roughly 180,000 meals at more than 55 sites across the Eastern Shore and central Maryland, ensuring children have access to nutritious food all summer long. (Star Dem.)
