Editorial: While Baltimore prays for a cop shot in a robbery, Hogan blames Democrats

It took a little over two hours from the time off-duty Baltimore police Sgt. Isaac Carrington was shot several times during a broad-daylight robbery outside his Northeast Baltimore home for Gov. Larry Hogan to politicize the situation. Right around the time the grievously wounded Mr. Carrington was undergoing his first surgery at Shock Trauma, Governor Hogan took to Twitter to throw shade on Baltimore’s leaders and the Democrat-controlled General Assembly.
