Loyola University Maryland receives $6.3M gift — largest in school's history

Loyola University Maryland will receive a $6.3 million gift to fund scholarships and other opportunities for graduate students — its largest donation in the school's history — in memory of a woman who taught there for 30 years. Anna and James Lambdin are donating the money from their estate in honor of James Lambdin's sister, Ann Lambdin Beetz, who received her Master's in Science in 1975 and taught in the speech-language-hearing sciences department.
