The majority owner of a Frederick-based direct mailing company was sentenced to 2 and a half years in federal prison today. Chester William Bigelow, 58, of Woodbine, pleaded guilty in April to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud through his company, RMS Direct Inc. (News-Post)

Constellation Energy to transfer nuclear licenses to Exelon
