Center Maryland continues its interviews with some of the finalists for Corridor Person of the Year. Today, we feature Richard T. Webb, President & Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union in Hunt Valley.

AFFCU is a full-service national nonprofit financial institution that serves more than 140 corporations and organizations. Webb is actively involved with the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce Board and more specifically with their Education Committee. He also serves on the Education and Work Force Development Committee of the Greater Baltimore Committee and the Higher Education Sub-Committee, the Maryland Coalition for Financial Literacy, Junior Achievement, Baltimore County Public Schools Academy of Finance, the Regional Advisory Board for Business & Education and the Board of the Hunt Valley Business Forum.

In this interview, Webb discusses how he got started in the business, his thoughts on Maryland's current economy and the advantage of a credit union.
