BJC names new director of government relations

Cailey Locklair began this week as the new Director of Government Relations and Policy at the Baltimore Jewish Council. She joins the BJC after spending the last five years working at the Maryland House of Delegates, providing support to multiple offices. Most recently, Locklair was the Assistant House Administrator in Speaker Michael Busch’s Office.

Locklair holds a Master’s of Science degree in Integrated Homeland Security Management from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
