Shortly after noon Monday, the first two cars — both red and being driven by familiar faces — pulled up side-by-side to the normal location inside the Frederick Towne Mall parking lot on the Golden Mile. A few hours later, a long line of cars, numbering in the hundreds, curled around the parking lot behind them. Bundled up and braving a cold wind, I Believe in Me founder Aje Hill gathered his volunteers right before the 3 p.m. launch of the mentorship organization’s weekly food drop at the mall parking lot to thank them for their dedicated service and lead them in prayer.
