On a split vote, the Washington County Board of Education agreed not to modify the current Stage 4 “Return to Learn 2020-21 Plan” to allow all students to return for in-person learning, while still offering the option to continue virtual learning from home, at a board meeting Tuesday night. Board members voted 4-3 to maintain current plans, with board member Michael Guessford, who made the motion to bring all students back five days a week, and members Darrell Evans and April Zentmeyer voting in favor.
