Howard Community College president to step down on high note

There’s about to be a changing of the guard at Howard Community College. The Columbia campus looks much different than it did 22 years ago when the vice president of student services, who would ultimately become president, arrived. “It was a completely different look to the campus, but the feel at that time was the feel you still have when you come to this campus,” Howard Community College President Kate Hetherington said.
