McCormick executives see big pay increases as company sets ambitious growth goal

All of the top executives at McCormick & Co. Inc. saw big pay increases in fiscal 2020 after the spice maker continued to shine despite Covid-19 and set major financial goals for the next five years. CEO Lawrence Kurzius led all executives with total compensation of $19.55 million, up 53% from $12.77 million the prior year, according to a proxy statement filed by Hunt Valley-based McCormick (NYSE: MKC) on Tuesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Kurzius was the third-highest paid public company executive in Greater Baltimore in 2019.
