McCormick highlights financial growth, sustainability improvements at virtual annual meeting

CEO Lawrence Kurzius didn’t mince words when a shareholder asked him on Wednesday how McCormick & Co Inc. balances its commitments to shareholders and other stakeholders. Kurzius answered the question directly by quoting one of his best-known predecessors, C.P. McCormick, who led the Hunt Valley-based spice maker from 1932 to 1955 and built it into an international powerhouse.
