Montgomery County considers one-hour time limit for indoor dining when it reopens

Montgomery County may impose a one-hour time limit on indoor dining when the county lifts a ban on serving customers indoors. County Executive Marc Elrich said Tuesday he would transmit an executive order to the county council that would reopen restaurants for indoor dining. Restaurant interiors have been closed since Dec. 15, when the county shut down indoor service due to rising coronavirus cases.
