New bar opening in Old Goucher will combine community focus with cocktails from Chelsea Gregoire

Some well-known names in Baltimore’s culinary and cocktails scene are banding together to bring an “irreverently reverent” experience to the city this summer. Chelsea Gregoire, a former beverage director for True Chesapeake Oyster Co., Ida B’s Table, Topside and other local restaurants, will join with Marisa Dobson, the founder of food-focused PR firm Scintillate, and Martha Lucius, a veteran Baltimore restaurateur and culinary consultant, to open Church, a cocktail bar in Old Goucher. The new spot is slated for a late summer opening at 2219 Maryland Ave.
