The team behind Oliver Brewing Co. and a handful of other Baltimore-area restaurants has plans for the old Bill Bateman’s Bistro space in Severna Park. The 206 Restaurant Group will open JB’s, a family-friendly sports bar, this spring at 566 Governor Ritchie Highway in the Park Plaza shopping center. Justin Dvorkin, a partner for the group, said JB’s is on track to open in mid-May. Preparations for the new restaurant were already well underway at the start of the pandemic last year, Dvorkin said.
