Counties had no preview of Gov. Larry Hogan’s latest reopening order. Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski said Wednesday the county may keep some restrictions in place. At a news conference in Timonium, he said his office is “actively reviewing” the new order, which would remove occupancy restrictions from nearly all establishments. Large facilities like concert venues, theaters and wedding halls would be able to open at half capacity effective Friday evening.
