Power Plant Live returns this weekend with more outdoor seating

Power Plant Live is about to get livelier. The downtown entertainment hub is preparing to reopen its outdoor drinking and performance spaces this weekend after a winter hibernation. Two Power Plant Live businesses, Luckie’s Tavern and the Leinie Lodge and Beer Garden, will return Thursday for the Orioles’ home opener, and the complex is planning a grand reopening on Friday.
