AOL co-founder and venture capitalist Steve Case has launched another blank-check company with a goal to raise up to $287.5 million, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp. II launches just days after Case’s first special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp., struck an agreement to merge with artificial intelligence and robotics company Berkshire Grey Inc. in a deal that would value the final company at about $2.7 billion. That SPAC had raised $287.5 million in December.
