One year ago, a lot of us were told not to come into the office until further notice. We had no idea we’d still be working from home 12 months later. But here we are, 52 weeks into the Covid-19 pandemic. Our industries adapted to the new normal. We discovered the perks and pitfalls of new ways of doing business. And the world kept moving. Of course, not everyone in Greater Washington had the luxury of working from home. For many industries, it’s just not an option. So they made their own changes, seemingly by the week as new restrictions rolled in or were rolled back.
