Tenable Holdings Inc. is making its third-ever acquisition following a year of financial growth with its planned purchase of a French software company for $98 million in cash. Columbia-based Tenable (Nasdaq: TENB) said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Paris-based Alsid SAS. The deal is expected to close early in the second quarter of 2021 and will mark the third acquisition overall by Tenable, and the second since the cyber firm went public in 2018.
