An affordable housing project on Frederick’s East Patrick Street will receive tax relief from the city and the county, despite the concern of one county councilman about whether the units it provides are truly affordable. The Frederick County Council voted 5-2 Tuesday night to approve an agreement to lower the amount of taxes on the Overlook East development.
