Moore signs protections for judges’ personal information in wake of fatal shooting

Gov. Wes Moore on Thursday signed into law new privacy protections for judges and their families, which the legislature passed unanimously after Washington County Circuit Judge Andrew Wilkinson was shot to death outside his home in October. The late judge’s wife, Stephanie Wilkinson, and their two children sat front row for a bill signing ceremony at the State House in Annapolis.
