John has 15+ years of experience delivering digital services, and through culture change and capacity building, he’s helped a variety of customers get to real outcomes. John is passionate about equity, and this drives everything he does. Whether he’s working with individual team members, government customers, or community partners, his aim is always to build a more inclusive, equitable world.
John graduated with a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and he earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Scrum Master.
