Maryland cannabis company Curio Wellness unveiled its first Far & Dotter dispensary on Tuesday in Timonium, a franchise concept that Curio hopes will spread across the United States. The company hopes Far & Dotter can become a high-end brand akin to an Apple or Nordstrom for cannabis. Curio has received over 600 applications to open franchises and has also established a separate fund to support minority business owners who want to open franchises but lack the capital to do so.
