Former Halethorpe furniture facility trades for $10.3M

An Ohio glazing company will soon expand into a Baltimore County building that once held David Edward Furniture. Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems Inc. recently acquired the 103,640-square-foot warehouse at 1407 Parker Road in Halethorpe as well as a small flat-surface parking lot at 1441 Knecht Ave. for $10.34 million, officials at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, which brokered the deal, said Monday.
