Public health officials in Maryland just launched a campaign to get people to roll up their sleeves for it. President Joe Biden may have just muddied the message. “We still have a problem with COVID. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. But the pandemic is over,” Biden declared in seemingly off-the-cuff remarks on the “60 Minutes” television program Sunday night.
