MEDCHI Care Transformation Organization (CTO) Awarded $250 Thousand Grant to Accept New Practices Into Practice Transformation Program

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is pleased to announce that the Maryland Health Care Commission has awarded a second grant of $250 thousand to MedChi Care Transformation Organization (CTO) to encourage sign-up of additional qualifying primary care and specialty practices in the
practice transformation program. The first grant was competitively awarded to MedChi CTO in June 2021, for the purpose of engaging up to fifty Maryland-based ambulatory practices to complete select practice transformation “milestones”.
