Baltimore developer enters Florida with regional Tampa office

Another Baltimore developer has moved into the Florida market. St. John Properties said Thursday its latest national expansion will be into Central Florida. The Woodlawn-based firm has opened an office in Industrious, a coworking facility in downtown Tampa, and is eyeing projects in Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco and Polk counties.
