Maryland Gov. Wes Moore spoke on a variety of topics at the National Press Club Headliners luncheon on Thursday. Moore said he is neutral when it came to the Democratic Primary for the U.S. Senate. Congressman David Trone and Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks are among those running for the seat now held by Sen. Ben Cardin, who will retire.
