Why you can count Montgomery County out on a new stadium for the Commanders

Montgomery County native Josh Harris is closing in on a purchase of the Washington Commanders. His group of limited partners includes a slate of businessmen who also have deep ties to the suburban Maryland county, including Danaher Corp. co-founder and Glenstone owner Mitchell Rales, serial investor Mark Ein and Michael Sapir, CEO of Bethesda’s ProShares. Given all those deep-pocketed local connections, is the county interested in getting in the game for the Commanders’ next stadium?
