Developer plans 4-building, $100M industrial project in Silver Spring

Donohoe Development Co. has disclosed new details for plans to build several flex and self-storage buildings on a publicly owned industrial parcel it has under contract in Silver Spring — a project that represents something new for both the submarket and the company. The Bethesda-based developer said this week that it plans to construct four buildings totaling 400,000 square feet on the roughly 10-acre lot at 8800 Brookville Road.
