Maryland Democrats say Harris should succeed Biden as presidential nominee

Maryland’s top Democrats rushed Sunday to throw their support behind Vice President Kamala Harris after President Joseph Biden relinquished the party’s nomination in the face of questions about his age and mental faculties.
