Quantum Loophole has donated $8,000 to the Frederick Community College Foundation to fund scholarships for two full-time students in the STEM program. The FCC Foundation is a nonprofit that provides scholarship aid to eligible students, according to its website. Quantum Loophole plans to build a campus of data centers on the former site of the Alcoa Eastalco aluminum smelting plant, which is about 2,100 acres, near Adamstown.
