Maryland supporters of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said they submitted 26,000 signatures to get the independent presidential candidate’s name on the ballot, more than twice the required amount, by Monday’s deadline. If at least 10,000 signatures are verified by election officials over the next three weeks, Kennedy would join Republican Donald Trump, Democrat Kamala Harris and Libertarian Chase Oliver as the options for president on Maryland ballots this fall.
