Station North property to get $30M renovation under new owners

North Avenue Market will undergo a $30 million renovation as its new owners look to create an entertainment and cultural hub in Station North. North Avenue Market Development LLC acquired the building at 10 to 30 W. North Ave. for $3.25 million on Friday, the group announced Monday. The sale comes about a year and half after a combination restaurant, arcade and live music venue closed in the building and continues a resurgence for the space over the last year.
