There’s less than a week to go before primary day in Maryland — and the top two candidates in a crowded Senate race to succeed retiring Sen. Ben Cardin could be locked in a closer race than many public polls indicate. And while early voting is already underway, both leading candidates — Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks and U.S. Rep. David Trone — acknowledge there are still many Democrats undecided about who they ultimately want to vote for.
