I was thrilled to visit the Champ House Recovery Residential Treatment Program for those suffering from addiction with County Councilman Todd Turner and County Health Officer Dr. Carter. Recovery is much more successful with comprehensive programs like what Champ House offers
The Library System is entering Phase 2 of its reopening plan, @PGCMLS locations (Bowie, Laurel, New Carrollton, Oxon Hill, South Bowie, and Spauldings) will resume limited branch services April 28.
Today, I joined Lt. Governor Rutherford and Mayor Adams to promote the vaccine clinic here at the Bowie Senior Center. It is places like these that will help us bring an end to the pandemic, and bring the vaccine to every resident.
Wonderful to see such service to the community from so many residents! I want to thank everyone who has volunteered and worked to help our community get through this pandemic.
