Howard County's Racial Equity Task Force wants to hear from you!
On Thursday, March 4th at 6 PM, the Task Force will hold a Public Hearing for residents to share testimony about racial equity in Howard County.

The Snow Emergency Plan is now in effect in Howard County. Maryland State Police declares snow emergencies with input from MD State Highway Administration. Parking is prohibited on snow emergency routes and vehicles must use snow tires/all weather tires/chains.

Precipitation arrived across the County after 10am in the form of rain/sleet/freezing rain. County Highways crews have been salting roads since mid morning. The Snow Emergency Plan was placed into effect for Howard County at 2 p.m.
