Democratic candidates for alderman address city issues at first public forum

On topics from bulk trash pickup in the city of Frederick to an archaeological dig at the former Birely Tannery site, Democratic candidates for alderman gave a wide range of responses to questions at a public forum Thursday. The forum was the first time all Democratic candidates running for the board — Todd Anderson, Jeannette Bartelt, Antonio Bowens, Kris Fair, Donna Kuzemchak, Ben MacShane, Kelly Russell, Derek Shackelford, Kim L.
