Three city Board of Finance members failed to file financial disclosures, audit finds

Baltimore City Council President Brandon Scott is calling for an ethics investigation into the findings of a recent audit that discovered three members of the city's Board of Finance have not consistently filed financial disclosures. All members of the five-person board are required by law to submit disclosures to the city's Board of Ethics annually to avoid potential conflicts of interest, according to City Auditor Josh Pasch.
